whats up with ma bike

me and my mate derestricted the air intake the exhaust was already done when im in the lower revs it feels as if someting is pulling on my bike (how can i explain it ) its like when u first start up your bike and dont give it chance to clear out do i have to have the carb adjusted as more air is now flowing through what could it be sometime it jolts any suggestions will be great
