Spraying swingarm

Hi, swing-arm is scratched and could do with a spray to tidy it up.
I was planning on getting it powder-coated but I've decided to sell it and get a new bike because insurance is too much.
So I don't want to spend a lot on powder-coating, are there any alternatives?

edit: I have a spray gun and compressor if needed.

Can of Halfords Primer and can of black paint. Come out really well
