Scooter not being used for several years, problems?

This is the bike I might be purchasing. It seems to be something of a good deal if the bike is in good condition, however as my first scooter I do have some concerns not knowing anything about bikes.

Mainly is the low mileage and the fact the bike is from 2010, what kind of problems could there be with the bike not being used for several years? Or could it be a case of altered mileage?

Am I just being paranoid or could their be something to be concerned about here??

No idea whether that's a good price or not. But as far as the fleabayer is concerned, he looks legit. He has a 100% feedback rating, although he's only sold 2 things in the last 12 months. He's certainly not doing this regularly. I don't think the 2 auctions are the same, there's enough differences in them.

He's probably had a telephone conversation with the buyer, and got a bit suspicious. Saying al this though, he may not be telling the whole truth, but then that applies to most fleabayers selling cars/bikes.

I've bought quite a few vehicles of fleabay over the years, and the best advice I can give is; if you're not comfortable, walk away. There will always be another opportunity to get what you want.
