Registering a bike for the road

Hi!

New to the forums and just after a little info if anyone could help.

I've recently bought another track bike (back up bike for when my RS250 packs in as is usually the case!) that has never been registered on the road. Yodi on here has done a HPi check for me and this confirmed its unregistered. I've got a CE Certificate of Conformity from Honda which has the frame number and spec of the bike. How do i go about registering it on the road?

I've looked on the DVLA and found out about the V55/4. Just wanted to make sure i was looking at the right form
