Hi Chris, first week of June might be a bit too soon cos we have so much more to do, but I will let you know if it is available asap.

Well, another update. Still a long way from being finished, but want to make sure everything is good rather than rush to open early and cut corners. Blog: https://ridelimousin.blogspot.co.uk/

Included are some photos from a motocross event we attended, see the blog for a link to the full photo gallery of the MX.

Currently stuck in Falaise waiting for the French to wake up and open a shop to repair my punctured tyre. 2 o'clock to tomorrow the bike shop in Caen finally opens. Rolling Eyes

Yeah it is amazing what you can get for your money in some parts of France. Near where we moved to a Chateau was sold fairly recently. Not run down, in full working order with a restaurant and guest accomadation business to take over.

It went for 130,000 euros.

At the moment we are so busy with setting up the business that we don't currently have time to get an alternative income.

Of course the money will run out soon and if we need an alternative income we will do other stuff in the off season to supplement it.

The idea though is that eventually it will bring in enough money to survive on - hopefully!

Might do this next year. I go to Holland for a few days every October but fancy going a few days early and doing a mini tour before hand. Depend on the wife and her bad back as you are almost 7 hours to my Dutch destination. Might just be one night but got you bookmarked. 80 euros is about £65 so dinner, B+B for that price is dam good.

Good luck mate. Hope it works for you.
