Hi

I've noticed that after being stood in the rain for a few hours, sometimes the brakes on my bike stick. I can't roll it at all. I have to sit on it and really push forward and suddenly they seem to unstick and then its fine. No dragging whatsoever.

Seems off as its only a few hours after a 30 mile ride.

Pads rusting to discs. Nothing to worry about.

Not necessarily.I have stainless discs on all of my bikes and the sintered pads have a habit of sticking to the discs after I have washed the bikes or been out on them in the rain. This has also happened to a number of friends bikes.

Usually the first rotation of the wheel with the brakes on will get rid of any surface rust on the discs.
