Any Citrix gurus out there?

We're having numerous apparently random issues with users trying to connect to an application. I know next to nothing about Citrix and don't really know where to start. Any help would be much appreciated.

we're running two xenapp servers, a cag and a swivel pinsafe, all are VMs.
