End can/slip ons

I need an end/can slip on for the MOT and was wondering if i can use any aslong as it fits?

Also will running the bike without one cause any problems?

If it doesn't have "Not for road use" or something similar stamped on, you're good. Mine has it in the book that it's not road legal, but no stamp, and it passed yesterday.

Mine at 7k rpm is 112dB n it passed Very Happy
