i've got a track day coming up and was wondering where can i get my exhaust tested for the noise level before i go for the track day,cause if i turn up on the day and my exhaust is to loud i don't get to take part and no refund  |

if it's standard it's fine, if it's properly road legal it's probably fine. if it's not for road use, really it depends on whether or not you know it's obscene compared to others. like if it's a straight through/stubby for example.
600's are tested at about 7000 revs if i remember rightly. 95-100db.
being in the noise testing line, you can tell from some bikes just idling that they're going to fail. ____________________ Sahf East Winnah 4LYF

Pretty sure that won't pass without a baffle in mate. My bike has a simular size exhaust and without the baffle it ticked over at 104dB and when I took it up to 7k it was 109dB. With the baffle fitted it was 102dB which is lucky  ____________________ EMRA Roadstock #92 - Paperwork Permitted.
