converting .flv to .avi/.mp4

Hi if anyones got a minute could you link me to a download for a converter please I just seem to go through hours of signing up and going though link pages and not actualy getting anywhere....

Iv got tubesucker and am trying to play the d/l vids on my phone but it says the file format (.flv) is not valid.

Iv already tried that one it doesnt work properly you cant retrieve the converted file....
Anybody use one themselves that works they can link my too?

Sick got it workin aswell nice one turns out my phone only plays video formats that really reduce the quality of the vids though so theyve ended up being converted to mp3 didnt realise you could turn vids into that.
