Stick with the wheels you have then you won't have the problem of trying to find suitable spindles, bearings, sprocket spacers etc. If they're in poor condition then refurbish the hubs and fit new rims and spokes. The SR125 has 17 front and 16 rear as standard. If you're rebuilding the wheels you can use any size of rim you like, just order spokes to suit, my choice for a cafe racer would be 19 front and 18 rear or 18 front and rear. It's worth the extra cash to buy stainless rims and stainless spokesets, the wheels will last a lifetime.
Central Wheel Components will supply everything you need or rebuild the wheels for you.
