I took my air cooled 50cc wrc over a track that some hogs had dug out and it was very bumpy for a couple of minutes.

Today i hear a loud whirring sound coming from the motor, It's sounds like a hair dryer with a little fan in front of it, and something flapping against the fan blades, you know when you blow into fan blades it makes a flapping sound, it sounds like that combined with an electric blender.

do you think i ran over a lady and got her hair dryer caught in my engine? (plz dont aswer that!)

it's louder and faster with acceleration, it's as loud as the engine sound after about 30kph. it could be something is stuck inside some fan blades?

could the engine be in jeopardy?

Faster with road speed?

Check chain, sprockets and wheels for something caught / rubbing. Got anything stuk up under the mudguard?
