Both in budget, both fair prices

The Suzuki is £850

The Kymco is £500

I can get the kymco insured on day of purchase, but the suzuki il have to find another £200 after purchase to insure it, then another £200 to get my gear...

So what would you guys do, wait a month or so longer and go suzuki, or get riding on the kymco?

Do you think the EN will still be there waiting for you in a month? Or are you planning to buy it, get it home somehow, then not be able to ride or insure it for a month?

You haven't mentioned age, mileage, service history or their conditions. I'd be surprised if you've actually inspected either bike. If you have, you haven't bothered to describe their conditions.

What kind of advice do you expect to get based on that information?

neither. you can do better. be prepared to wait for something. If you won't be able to ride any way than waiting for a better deal is no problem.

Save some money and get the better bike (even if it's not the suzuki), I made the mistake of buying my CG with sod all left over.

You really don't want to be 'waiting until next week' to buy parts, fuel, paying monthly insurance, and all of that shit. It works out vastly more expensive in the long run, never replacing stuff until it breaks etc.
