New Vodafone Contract.

Got a new contract through Phones 4 U for a HTC One X on Vodafone for £31 including VAT. Set up to view my bills on the site and got this.

Looking at this, it looks as though they have charged me VAT on the whole amount, twice due to 95p of extra use? If the VAT is included in the price of the £31 then it shouldn't be counted again, and any additional VAT should be on the amount spent over £31 - so it should be VAT on the 95p.

What the hell is going on?

Tried to speak with the live chat service and the person was clueless. After a couple of minutes they told me the charges were VAT, and that we all paid it

I will phone them tomorrow and pray it's not an overseas call centre, but in the mean time I've emailed them and hopefully someone can explain it to me.

Anybody else had any problems with Vodafone?

I get problems with Vodafone all the time. Sometimes the content control resets and I can't access things like sick joke websites. Their online account service always fucks up, too.

I'm changing after my contract as they are utter shite
