Passed Mod 1, Mod 2 tomorrow...

Hey y'all.

Following my stupid man post last week, I took my retest Mod 1 today and passed with 1 minor for not doing a shoulder check after pulling away from my e-stop. But hey, a pass is a pass.

Got back to work and started to book my Mod 2, expecting a wait of about a fortnight, but the next available was the 18th June.

Now, my CBT runs out on the 30th June so I went back and put in for any cancellations....and got tomorrow at 2.30! Figured this was not too bad, as if I did DAS, that would not be an unusual situation, and if I fail (which I do NOT intend to do), then I'll still have time to take another shot...

I'll let you know how I go on.

Well.......I passed! With 5 minors though, but a pass is a pass.

So now my next post will likely be a "what 1st big bike"-type post...not really, I've got my eye on a nice ER5 to build my confidence on, then after the restriction is up, either a w850 or the bike of my dreams, a Ducati 696...

Without a doubt, these forums and the help and support you folks have shown (as well as the gentle ribbing!) have made it possible.

I'd like to thanks my wife, my mum, the likkle baby Jesus, and everyone who knows me!
