Some of the idiots need telling how to make a bloody box.

There is one lass though who is rather dumb, but credit to her, she is the fittest lass in there. And always in my line.

I get grief from the managers for standing around talking to people, when 15mins after I have started all my tickets are filled out, everyone knows what they are doing and when they are taking breaks. Then we all just stand around having a laugh, whilst the other lines are struggling like mad, because they don't know what they are doing.

Really not hard factory work.

Some people just don't have a clue how to run a line sector.
My part is never getting hassled, and the only time my actual line manager talks to me is to ask what pallet we are on, and if we can turn it up a bit more.
Last week, the line was at full pelt, and we was doing a pallet every 7 1/2mins (normally 15) the first stage could bearly keep up and we were still standing about having a laugh. Purely because each of us know what we have to do and how it is meant it be done.

Only time we screw up is when we get a new kid that can't keep up with us yet still thins he can have a laugh.

Yep 110boxes made, filled, taped, stacked and ticket'd for in 7 1/2 mins. First day is not a good place to put new people on my line. Cool Cool Cool Cool
