hi, are there any distingushable parts of a dt125 that can determine its year?
i have been given one as a field bike, so its got not numberplate or anything to help me work out its age but it needs a few parts like fork seals and things but they seem to differ quite a lot between models.
any ideas on how i can work it out, maybe somehow has one and knows?

cheers. calum.

fecking hope not!! im not dull enough to ask on a bike forum as good as this one to age a bike i just nicked!!

im sure it was a stolen recovered, bought back from insurance or whoever it ends up as and then just used as a field bike until now - when i got it and want to use it on an off road track, but need to rebuild the suspension and what nots first but there's too many different sizes on ebay to buy one without the right year.

only other option is to take the parts i need and try to get them to find a match for me.

i'll get photos on the weekend to see if anyone knows.
thanks Smile
