So you southern types have squandered all your annual water quota while we northern types can relax in steaming hot baths and sprinkle the rain soaked garden just because we can.

Couldn't give a nans fanny about the hosepipe ban, it'll be out sorting the paddling pool and much larger swimming pool in no time.

luckily in our part of the south there is no hosepipe ban,not that it makes much difference co I never wash the car or bike
