Up to you, personally I wouldn't though I have purchased some cheapish non branded gloves from ebay which did an amazing job when I crashed.

those are ancient, I worked in a dainese outlet 13 years ago and they were just been phased out, they're called double R's

were about £80 at the time

I would say they haven't been worn much as the inside of the white fingers get really dirty really quickly off your black grips

My winter riding gloves are Dainese. Came off at 30, slid along the floor a little and the seems slip. Tearing at the thumb and the padding on the palm has a hole worn into it.

I still wear 'em cause they're warm, but I don't think they'd do well in another accident.

Why bother with a pair of 80's dainese gloves that retail (cough, yeah a coupla decades ago) for £70) when you can get a set of brand new Spada Vortex's for about £50?

Ahh, my crap English.

I should have said:

I wouldn't purchase the gloves in your post. They look rubbish.

However if money is tight, why not purchase a non branded glove from ebay.

I purchased some Schoeller Keprotec gloves from Ebay about 5 years ago for about £20 and they have been a great glove I wear them in spring and autumn.

They did a great job when I crashed, I landed on my hands at about 40 - 50 and there is hardly a mark on them.
