newbie section 59 wtf!

hi there needing advice asap cut a long story short im being tageted by two alcoholics that have been threatening my family and i gave them a taste of there own medicine they called po po i was bailed blah blah blah i was released without charge anyway two weeks on i have passed my cbt and am legal. today plod came round my house saying that there have been reports that i have been driving around trying to wind people up on the estate where i unfortunately reside, i know the officer well as i have had many run ins with the law when i was genuinely being naughty .this time however i have done nothing wrong he kindly told me the name of the person who rang it in and it appears it is the alkis ! he went on to say that they wont be issuing an s59 this time as it is clear what is going on BUT if they recieve any more complaints from other winesses they will isue the f*****g notice how is this fair that they can just take my bike without challenge ? and i was disqual for 2/5 years so they know my driving history and i think this doesnt help ny situation advice please cheers sean

the other day i was walking along the street and there was a traffic light and so i pressed the white button at the bottom and waited for a while then i crossed the road at the other side i walked down the road and crossed the corner to my friends house but i knocked on his door and he was not in so then i went back to my house crossing the road along the way so when i got home my mum said to me do your english homework but i didnt want to do my english homework so i turned on the computer and went onto the bike chat forums instead but they are making fun of me please help

Fair play. And have been to the police many times enough was enough, he came to my house with two other blokes to my door and threatened me with a stanley knife, so then there was a crocodile dundee moment and he rang the police and did legs!. I dont wish to create enemies, the past posters decided to make childish comments on a post that was written just after the police were at my door . I was pissed off ,so just typed fast and unfortunately punctuation got left out .

OP, normally I'd fire in and offer advice, but in your case I think that the best thing that you can do is to speak to a solicitor, a motoring specialist one by preference.

If you can't afford that, they you're going to have to do quite a bit of reading of statutes and writing letters, and I can't see that ending well for you.

I havent commited any offence. but i cant get over the fact that so little can be done to fight s59 if given to me, how does this law even get passed?. it gives nuisance ramblers curtain twitchers and the like the power, just on word to have your pride and joy taken away just because they have a hatred towards bikes and bikers. makes me sick! .
