I found this docomo cm on youtube today, and I though it nice.
I usually skip commercial on youtube but I watched it fully for the first time. She's a new business person in this cm, makes a lot of mistakes but cheered by comics on smart phone.

She looked like male at the beginning of this cm and I was surprised.
