When people change exhuasts, or fully derestrict two strokes, how does one normally check the fuelling to prevent them getting hot and seizing? Can you get them run on a rolling road with a lambda probe?

Cheers

Is plug colour really accurate enough? Im new to bikes but spent a lot of time with cars and barring gross misfuelling, you can lean out and pop a turbo motor and never pick it up on the plug colour by the time youve stopped!

You warm it, rev it under load, kill switch and remove plug.

No roll off throttle and all that shit, just kill it after a nice hard run.

2Ts not only pump out the normal emissions but also unburnt two stroke oil, this will confuse a lambda.
