Honda XLR250R

A Honda XLR250 has come up for sale near to me, I've been looking for something like this for a while.
Does anyone know what parts availability is like for these.

There's not much info on the ad, but from what the seller has said I think it's a grey import, so it will be Japanese spec.

Ebay seems to have the consumables only.. fork seals, pads, sprockets.

David silver spares has loads of XL250 parts, unsure how closely related it is to the XLR...but they haven't got it listed Thumbs Down

What I can gather, from a quick Google, is that know one knows much about this model, never, officially, imported into Europe.

The general consensus seems to be that the motor is definitely not the same as the XL, but could be a variant of the XR engine.

Have a look see on www.xrv.org.uk as there are all sorts of XRs and XLs on that site.Someone is bound to have had one of those at some time on that forum
