What are those little camera cars? What do they do?

Fairly obvious they're highly disliked, enjoyed the policeman calling out "Power to the Police" at the end Mr. Green

The act as a visible deterrent by hiding behind parked vehicles at badly signed or crazy junctions and racking up revenue from handing out PCNs to confused motorists.

They've recently been repurposed as the targets in a jolly game where community minded bikers help these"visible deterrents" be actually visible, thereby encouraging the "100% compliance with no penalties" that the council goons who commission them claim is their goal. Thumbs Up
