It's a 125 - only way you'll get much more out of it is a big bore kit\conversion.

Sorry - I know exhaust systems are expensive, but it is a 125, it's designed for learning\offroading, there ain't much you can do to get it to go faster (except push it out a plane).

What were you honestly expecting?

My mate has a 98 DTR, he fitted reeds, made it more 'crispy' apparently, but didn't do much, so he took them out, they only last about 3k miles anyway. With his we opened the powervalve fully and fitted a larger front sprocket, the bike pulls 80 at a push.

its an enduro, they are designed for bottom end torque not a great top speed. hence, why you seen a big improvement in bottom end power.
if you want to go fast, i suggest getting a sports replica.
