Think I had one of those.

I wouldn't bother. They fall apart.

Save the hassle, ride it out till you're 17 and get a 125.

I would start of with getting a new exhaust and then upjetting.

There might be some kind of air intake restrictor,

Also most probably a washer in the variator.

Once thats done you can play with some different roller weights and choose the ones that suit you.

Probably with all that doing your only gunna get about 40mph

Don't bother modifying something like that.

Get an old Honda C50. The exhaust fell off the one I had and the restrictor must have fallen out at the same time because after that it hit the peg (40mph)

You're not going to feel like you're going fast enough until you get above a 500cc anyway from what I've heard.
