evening all, i am slowly putting my Kinlon jl125-gy back together and hit a problem with the throttle cable. I am refitting the old one and it is far too tight. when installed, the throttle handle only moves a bit. before the strip down, the cable worked fine (and needed the adjuster out a bit to get the cable tight). i have removed and refitted it several times tonight, but its still not working!! it has been rerouted correctly!

have i missed something?
