It's 4-stroke, so no, there is no way, it's already fully derestricted.

yeah they can of course, that kid who said you cant has no idea what drugs hes on i got a black kymco pulsar lx 125 custom pm or ask for pictures, mine hits about 95 ish. pretty good for a chinese piece of shit?
