due to the jubilee i cant seem to withdraw the money i need to buy my bike but could i send say 1000 pounds to someone as a paypal gift? will it let you send that?

Don't do it.

Unless you are there, seen the bike and happy.

There will be NO way to get the money back if you send it as a gift

I believe there is no limit, I send £3-400 a time with no issues

Doesn't paypal charge a percentage on every transaction (even gifts)?

No, a gift would have no charge. Well at least the first one on a given day. If you try two consecutively I think they will charge?
