Impromptu, informal 'meets' have been happening my entire life-time and more.... & police have been trying to stop the 'neusance' the whole while.
Join MAG, if you feel strongly about it.
Comes & goes in waves; word gets around; meets grow, police take an interest; more people turn up. inevitable baiting happens, police do a storm in a tea-cup. Event withers, moves, comes back.....
All part of the order of things.
