Hi all you mud lovers out there in bike land Very Happy , as the title suggest, I'm off on the green lanes on Tuesday.
Setting off from Broadbridge Heath Tesco's petrol station, meeting at 0915hrs for a 0930hrs depart. ( just west of Horsham on the A264 )

I'm going to get over to Hindhead via the Surrey lanes and then if we have time down to some of the Alton lanes, so it will be a brisk pace and all day on the lanes Very Happy , I will be stopping for cheesy chips as it EU law Very Happy.

So see ya there or on-route Very Happy

Well yet another great day on the lanes, Very Happy five of us in total, which made for a great pace, early start and straight on to the lanes, did about 45 miles before the first stop, and in total probably did 120-130 miles in total. Very Happy
It was nice to see Duncan and Mark ( been a while Very Happy )as well as Roy and Jeff.
The rain held off for the morning, but the smart money was on waterproofs ( so that every one bar me Embarassed ), as it did get a tad wet in the afternoon.
At one stage, Roy decided to play hide and seek ( without telling any one Laughing ) but there was no hiding from Jeff on his trusty XT350 as he had a bit of target fixation Laughing, and followed him into the same hedge Very Happy .
The aftermath footage Laughing

I'm sorry to say that none of the helmet cam footage came out, due to user error Embarassed ( insert relevant comment ), but it was mad fun on the sands ( four times in total Very Happy )
Did manage to get some footage on the phone Very Happy , mainly of the lane just south of the Devils punch bowl Very Happy .

A big thanks to the nice people at the Hindhead cafe, five soaking wet and muddy biker is not what you want to see as your cleaning up Laughing
I think rider of the day has to go to Jeff on his XT350 with trail tyres on Shocked as Duncan said '' He definitively gets a lick on, on that thing Very Happy ''
as I said great ride, great company, thanks Very Happy
Well see ya all on the next one, Planing a day at Four Marks track soon, and a day around the Alton lanes.

Cracking days riding .. and a nice steady pace that meant we got quite a bit of the 'long route' in Thumbs Up

Some incredibly tough going down by Tatters Corner though ... great fun Smile

Let me know when the next one is and I will try to get some of the old lot out.
Cheers for organizing this one Stewie Karma

£100. At times of my life nothing, in current circumstances everything. All I need to get mine back on the road. Working part time around uni, but too big a chunk to take out in one month. Really want to get mine back out there again - looked like a great day.

Best get saving Mr. Green
