Peugeot jet force 50cc No spark

Just got the lad a jet force,, worked fine all day, till the evening,, then it just wouldnt start again,, seems to be no spark, replaced spark plug and battery, check ht lead, and fuse,, any ideas wot could be causing it not to start,

Im not a very good person to give tips but have you checked the ht lead to the spark plug?

Is the battery charged? It could also be the immobiliser, around the speedo there will be a red light if you turn the ignition on and this light stays on then the immobiliser is faulty.

If it's not that it could be the coil, or the stator but you will need a multimeter and a manual to check these.

My recommendation is that you try to get rid of that junk. I have had the same problem and it is not worth troubleshooting unless you wont get ruined. Buy a civilised and decent scooter with less electronics. The immobiliser is just a piece of shit as harm the entire scooter. Probably though this is an old subject, you already got rid of it and probably a lot wiser. Laughing
