Rs50?

Ok i know the basic power parts for a rs50.
for instance,

new pipe,
filter,
head,
rear / front sprocket,

what else could be done.Also what power gains?

You'll get little or no power. Save your money to do your test and get a better bike.

If you feel desperate to waste money on it, just get a bore kit and fit it yourself. You'll at least learn summat from that.

theres very little that can be done to get a fifty going faster.
a decent pipe, big bore kit and bigger carb would get it moving better but doing that will cost around £450. i wouldnt say its worth it.
robby is right on this one, your better off waiting for a 125 or something better.

Hi

Think the RS50 is restricted in the exhaust. You can either replace the exhaust or cut it open and remove the restrictor. Doing either is likely to take the top speed from about 30mph to about 60mph. You will probably have to play with the jetting.

Doubt you will get much from changing the air filter. Changing the barrel to a bigger bore one will get you more power, but also be very noticeably illegal if you are 16.
