Too many variables to give a definite figure.
Do you know what mix ratio your bike uses? That's how many litres of petrol you use for every litre of two stroke oil, it varies by engine. I think some bikes have the required ratio stamped on the fuel cap or somewhere on the bike/in the owner's manual?
I'd expect the ratio to be somewhere in the region of 1:30-1:40. Take an average of 1:35 for this calculation:
That means with 1 litre of two stroke oil, you'd use 35 litres of petrol. Assuming 60mpg (which I think is a bit low for those scooters? I've heard 100mg) that means eight gallons at 60mpg which means ~500 miles.
But as said, it depends on the mpg your bike does, the quality of the oil and petrol and mostly on the ratio of oil your engine uses.
My best tip, would be as Bikertomm has said, fill your oil up to max (knowing how much is in there, of course), do 200 miles and see how much you've used, then keep going until it's nearly at the bottom and then you know how many miles you can do to a (nearly) full oil tank.
That is what I'd do anyway, what we did on my old RS50. !
My ratio above may be totally wrong mind, so make sure you check the manual and find out what it DEFINITELY is beforehand! !
