Next bike?

My insurance is up for renewel in august and i doubt ill be riding untill then so will have enough saved up plus a tad from the sale of the xj, My insurance is going to drop a lot, currently £300 ish on the xj, august and new house will be £180.

Im looking for comfort, decent mpg and and be able to sit at 80 easily all day long.
Prefer under 1000cc.

Budget of around £1300 give or take, not including insurance.

hornet would be my choice if i had £1300 to spend on a bike for comfort
