An update on my Honda cg 125

So I took the wires apart cleaned em all up etc started her up and there was this burning smell it smelt like burnt water and there was like white smoke /steam comming from exhaust and the over flow hole on the exhaust after 5 min she stopped smoking /steaming so took her around the block and she is still juddering like its something todo with the air flow or petrol, so took her to get new oil petrol and spark plug changed it all and took her around again and she's still juddering I'm prity sure it's todo with the carb or air flow can any help, and anyone know the screws are ment tobe on the carb ?
