Hi all. I've recently bought a kh125 which came with a 12 MOT but it's far from road worthy. I've replaced and repaired many parts and today i've moved the rear light up into the cowl and repositioned the rear indicators. All was well until I tried them and now only the front left and rear right are working. I put them back as they came out, earthing looks good and battery is fully charged. The 6V battery and flasher relay have been changed at some point for 12V. Like I said, I have seen them work before but not now. Also the front and rear lights don't work at all now, but the brake light does. I've checked the wiring diagram and all looks well, so as a last resort I thought I would ask for advise. Any helpers???

Check for any rot in the loom itself and the condition of the switches.

As a side note, if the generator has been left as is and the regulator etc moved to 12v, it will not charge until a few thousand RPM so the battery will run down at idle.

I have no idea TBH, but Vincent knows everything about this and im sure he can help, im pretty sure he has a KH125 sitting in his shed Thumbs Up

Looks like another day in the garage rewiring as the battery is fully charged. I'll check the switches 1st and then start replacing some wiring. Rolling Eyes

My KH100EX did similar, I had to pull the loom and go through the lot to remove and repair rot and clean up the inevitable furry connectors.
