i just wondered does the 1999 RS clock read miles or kilometers
because the clock goes up pretty quick if its miles

That would depend on if it was made for the UK market of if it's an import Rolling Eyes

How can i tell if its an import, are they any markings?

I would have thought that the V5 would say something about being imported, not sure though.

If the main speedo reads in miles per hour, then it'll be miles, if it reads in km/h then it will be km.

Pretty simple really!

The Big outer speedo is in KM, but there a small inner one thats in miles per hour

Not so Carvell, The wifes 2001 RS was in Odometer was in KM and a full UK bike with the mph on the inside.

we only noticed as we both have bikes and realised they were out when filling up with petrol for the first time, wonder if all aprilias are like that?? you would have thought that you could have changed em easy enough as they are lcd

I believe my rs(250) speedos/odo's etc read in miles. They are 96/97, so maybe they ran out of the mph ones Razz.
