Okay i am having real issues with my electric start on my CG125M1. It wont start atall. The starter relay just clicks once at me. The starter motor itself is getting around 12.5 volts which is fine. All connections have been cleaned.Battery is new, sparkplug has been replaced. I have tryed bypassing the circuits and running the starter straight from the battery again no life. I have dissasembled the starter motor , cleaned then reassembled (not my first time). It started once then never again -_-. When i dissasembled the starter motor i found a small black ceramic square plate was smashed to bits. Its part of the positive terminal on the starter motor wich connects to one the carbon brushes. I cant really describe it any better then that. I think thats the issue but have no idea what it does.insulator? The rest of the starter motor looks in good condition. Any ideas?

I have a kickstart which starts perfect first kick every time.

I would just get a new 2nd hand starter motor after all the options you have been through.

It can be fixed but its going to be hard to tell without looking at the starter motor
