Hi all,

Anyone had any difficulties with HEL recently?

Ordered race lines for the front of my J1 zx6r, took forever to turn up and now they are here:

Little yellow things with HEL logo are not on the "caliper" end of the line (not a big problem - rubber thing in the way before anyone says slide them along....)

Double Banjo bolt fitting missing = Problem.

Emailed with no response, Ring but no one answers, and suspiciously the answerphone message suggests a full mailbox so Im assuming the worst and there is some kind of issue with the company.

Only bought HEL as used them on a car a few years ago and had no problems. Wishing used someone else now as cant use bike until sorted.

Anyone else had similar problems?

(ordered from brake-lines.co.uk if anyone wonders)

Cheers.

Surely you need to speak to the website you bought them from then? Neutral
I've read some stuff about HEL being a bit crap lately over on the bandit forum, not quite sure what's going on with them mind.

Mine were fine, but I got and fitted goodridge ones yesterday, and preferred them. Might just have been that experience though.
Goodridge also offered better customer service too Thumbs Up.

I ordered some Hel lines a few weeks ago from their ebay account.

I didn't receive any kind of order confirmation but everything turned up correct and on time. A few days ago I got an email saying they have dispatched my order Confused not sure if the email has just been sent late or if they've made a mistake and are going to sent me a second set Smile

Don't those little yellow bits with the Hel logo on just slide along the hose and sit over the black rubber bit on the end of the hose near the calipers, mine did anyway.

So why do they say Hel approved distributor.....

Do not even list a address on their site.... Opps.... Only email and tel no, which is not even one you can tie to a area....
Shame they breach UK online regulations, by failure of briks and mortor address.... Twisted Evil

This is Hel...
