Honda Blackbird & Honda X11 Whats the difference?

Hey just putting a question up to you lot to see if anyone will know. What exactly is the difference between a Honda CBR1100XX (Blackbird) and a Honda X11?

All that looks different on the two is that the one has more fairing than the other. If this is so would the rear sub frames be the same?

Maybe someone can answer the mystery? Very Happy

Hmm. Sounds like it is, well with a few modifications. I wonder if the rear sub frame is any different though?

X11 or blackbird owners clubs might be a good place to ask if your thinking of getting one or the other, X11 are going for quite silly prices, i'm pretty sure i saw one for Â£3000 or something, at the time i was looking at an sv650 for similar money and was quite tempted Very Happy

maybe not the best first big bike choice perhaps though Razz

I had a review somewhere for the X11 when i'm home i will have a look for it if you are interested, the jist was that its a stonking bike but not to everyones taste aesthetically (though i like it). Oh and extended motorway action would probably have your head being pulled off within 50 miles or so, you could get a mini faring but...
