Has anyone, ever, managed to get through to the customer service phone number? I've spent 3 days trying only to be told each time that there wasn't anyone available to answer my call. I've also tried emailing them but they don't seem to want to reply to those either.

I like their gear but their online service is crap.

Once a business is large enough to have a complaints department they don't care about complaints any more.

I have only ever emailed a local store from their website. Always get a quick response from the guys in the shop. I know this might not help you though ...

How did you get to him? I'd like to tell him things haven't improved Sad

Thanks for that.

Mysteriously 3 days after my1st email my goods arrived by 24hr parcel post. This after waiting 4 weeks, so perhaps the emails worked after all. If that was the case they could have left me a happy bunny by just replying and telling me what was happening. I'll still buy from the shops but I won't consider ordering online again unless they improve.

I just googled the managing director of hein gericke, then took a guess at his email address. i didnt get it right, but it doesnt matter as the misspellings still go to their server and are passed on to head office to be dealt with Wink

I ordered some gloves on the 10th and emailed and rang the 0800 number. Nothing, no reply or answer. Got the numbers I posted off the net and rang, first time they said they had one in stock and would send out that day. 2 days later I rang to chase up and they said they hadn't sent as it was out of stock. To be fair to them they asked me to Pick another pair ( more expensive) and they would give me a free upgrade. Got them delivered today. 40 quid pair for 20 ( with my £10 discount card ) they can get it right just they take a long time doing it

Yup, their stock system seems to be prehistoric, I'm picturing some ancient hunchback shuffling index cards around to try and work out what's in and out of stock. Rolling Eyes
