i currently have a standard suzuki gn 125 and found a picture on google that i would like to turn my bike into could anyone help me find the rear fender in the pic on the yellow bike

What makes you think that's an off-the-shelf part? The point about a custom bike is that you customise it. Those could be the stock mudguards cut down and re-mounted in a different way.

Also, that is 100% a guaranteed pull when a bored traffic cop sees you. The angle is wrong for the speed/ANPR cameras so they won't like that.
