CBR400 NC29 kit will work.
The CB400 engine is based off the early CBR engine and they both are 36mm inlet.
You can buy the kit from ebay, Or.. You could make your own, To these dimensions.

CB400 rides itself in town. Although I've not ridden one restricted, it's fast enough for a starter IMO, and the sound above 10,000 revs is mint  ____________________ CBT 23/09/10 - Theory 19/03/11 - Mod1 19/04/11 - Mod2 06/05/11

Hmm, if I didn't know any better, I could swear I've seen these bikes before!
