Just source a GOOD Honda jc20 nsr again. If possible you should look for a low mileage engine with no restrictions.
With correct jetting, modified airbox and a decent pipe ex, Arrow (cheaper choice for your bike) or the jolly moto pipe a slightly more expensive option but you shall get a better power gain and better build quality, with this setup you should get good power and still have Honda build quality.
You can get big bore kits for the nsr engine ,however, locating a good one has proven very hard.
if your serious about the engine change, having a tape measure handy at all times is required. My road legal TZR pitbike was a pain in the ass, but was totally worth all the time, effort, and money!
