Absolutely fuming, 3 days after I received my helmet from sportsbikeshop.co.uk they e-mail me saying here's a 15% discount voucher! Wasted £25!

I buy regularly from sportsbikeshop and so do a lot of people here so here's the discount code if anyone wants it.

So it's the shops fault you didn't anticipate the New Year Sales?

Well, as I'm here first I'll say it..........

Did you come here just to slag off the company?

and

I'm sure they will be informed of the thread so we can hear their side of the story.

The question is, if you are shown to be at fault, will you still be here to apologise?

Resurrection of a half-year old thread just to bad mouth a particular company? I can't see anything in what you've told me in which you could have annoyed the shop owner enough to warrant him refusing to take your business.

Fuck 'em Thumbs Up

Hi - firstly, I believe in giving "accurate feedback" on forums and would personally welcome people giving their views - thought that was what forums were for?

I would welcome the feedback from the store regarding my comments in an open forum

If I have posted this in the wrong place, I apologise to all - as you can see I am new to the forum.

Hey, if I am at fault I Would be more than happy to apologise...and intend to stay around...

I don't moan all the time, just found this particularly surprising and walked out of the shop with my mouth wide open....

Old Thread Alert!

The last post was made 13 years, 51 days ago. Instead of replying here, would creating a new thread be more useful?
