I have a little issue with dual flow. After having a catheter shoved up my John Thomas for quite a long time last year I have found that I now have two flows at the same time. I have a good solid stream and a dribble stream, well it can be a fine mist or even a second flow, but always at a different angle to the main flow. It has the potential to create some embarrassing situations.

Any ideas as at the moment I only risk standing up at home, the rest of the time it is a sit down girly thing. Embarassed

You could try urethral dilation... But you'd need to find a fetish shop for a DIY approach...

Go see your GPee. The urethra may have shrunk from little use or may be some kind of scarring.

Does it burn when you pee?

I had a catheter in for just a couple of hours while under a GA for appendix removal. Woke up, post op on the ward and went for a piss... Was not impressed!

Skudd, I'm still not quite comfortable talking about your John Thomas, as you know. However I can offer some advice after all the years I spent in care homes*.

An extra absorbent and washable toilet mat.

HTH Thumbs Up

Edit: * I was working not living in them!
