was working on a seized set of honda blackbird brakes last week , same problem. Turned out the rear brake activation piston was seized on the front right disc. Make sure the front anti-dive caliper mounting bracket is free to move up and down, sounds like the bracket is possibly stuck in the full "up" position which could have been an re assembly problem.
