I'd imagine your about at the limit of power, unlikeley to have been restricted as it wouldn't need to be (being a 125 4stroke)
Best thing you could do is change the sprocketts for one/two teeth less, you'd get more acceleration/power and less top end but its not as if your going to get to 70 very often on dirt tracks?

The XR125, despite the XR based name, isn't really designed for off roading. It's a learners bike based on road use with a low powered engine.
