 |
|
Insurance called me 2 days ago to tell me my bikes a write off, heard nothing back wasn't told what cat or a figure yet.
Do i risk phoning them tomorrow and speeding up the process of them taking the hire bike back (ill have no transport once its gone) or do i wait untill they decide to phone me?
I live in a bad signal area chances are they may have tried to call me already but im worried about incurring charges for having the hire bike longer than they want me to. ____________________ GOOD GAME BODYGUARD: https://i.imgur.com/8WePGgf.jpg

Call them.
You shouldn't have to, but in your own best interests, do it.
And get an email address, and email them telling them that you called them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Just... do it. M'kay? ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
